About Kelly
Kelly Weaver is a transformational life coach and speaker who helps high-achieving women navigate major life change with clarity, courage, and authenticity. A four-time entrepreneur, cancer survivor, widow, adoptive mom, and longtime autism advocate, Kelly blends Western leadership tools with lived wisdom and a deep, compassionate coaching style. Her career spans the restaurant and cosmetics industries, 20+ years in special education (including founding and growing a special-needs school and nonprofit to $6M), and now coaching and consulting for programs serving adults with autism.
Why Kelly
Kelly’s story is proof that setbacks can become a setup for a comeback. She has walked through infertility and adoption, widowhood at 40, a daughter’s autism diagnosis, ovarian cancer, a near-death medical crisis that required months in the hospital and 18 months of rehab to relearn to walk, the loss of a career due to disability—and the reinvention that followed. Kelly meets audiences with humor, heartfelt storytelling, and practical next steps that move people from overwhelm to action.
