About Jennifer Chase

Recovery Advocate | Life Coach | Breaking Generational Cycles of Addiction

Jennifer Chase is a woman in long-term recovery whose story isn’t polished or simple — but it is honest, hard-won, and deeply hopeful.

She grew up as the daughter of an alcoholic and once promised herself she would never repeat that cycle. However, like so many raised in addiction, she found herself pulled into the very patterns she swore she would avoid — addiction, codependency, and the chaos that follows.

Jennifer has lived in the dark corners of shame and trauma. More importantly, she has done the courageous work to step out of them.

Recovery From Both Sides

In addition to her own sobriety journey, Jennifer is also the mother of a recovering addict. As a result, she understands addiction from both perspectives — being the one who needed saving and being the one desperately trying to save someone else.

That dual experience gives her voice rare depth and compassion.

Breaking the Cycle

For Jennifer, recovery isn’t only about staying sober. It’s about:

  • Breaking generational cycles of addiction
  • Setting healthy boundaries
  • Reclaiming self-worth
  • Healing from trauma
  • Finding peace — even in the middle of someone else’s storm

Today, she works as a life coach supporting loved ones of addicts, helping them move from survival mode into stability and strength.

At her core, though, she’s simply a woman who understands how lonely change can feel — and how powerful it becomes when you realize you’re capable of it.
