Armed with a dance degree from Arizona State University, a yoga teacher training from Liberate School of Yoga, and a Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she embarked on a mission to bring her brand of holistic wellness to her retreats and music festivals around the world.

As the author of “How to Rock Your Life,” she went on on a book tour, including hosting a private Twiddle Show at Zappos in Vegas. She even got to meet the Zappos Llama. She used to run The Healthy Hippie magazine and shared the beats of Life is Beautiful Music Festival for the Huffington Post. I also got to interview so many cool musicians. Now I’m rocking stages (and Spotify) with my husband as Hot Tea in my Folk-Hop Band The Middle Ages. I don’t know why I’m telling you this, but once I danced on stage with Marco Benevento, dressed as a cat!
