Brain Recovery Coach | TBI Survivor | Neuroplasticity Advocate

A walking experiment in neuroplasticity. A survivor. A seeker. A guide.

Natalie Kelly’s life changed in an instant after surviving a traumatic brain injury—an invisible wound that left her undiagnosed, misunderstood, and navigating a world that no longer made sense. But instead of staying lost, Natalie turned her struggle into a mission: to understand the brain, heal her own, and help others do the same.

Known online as The Brain Recovery Coach, Natalie became a trusted voice in the TBI and concussion community. Through her YouTube channel, she’s shared tools, expert interviews, personal strategies, and deep insights into neuroplasticity—the brain’s remarkable ability to heal and rewire. Her work has created a ripple effect of hope for those facing the silent struggles of brain injury, post-concussive syndrome, and cognitive overwhelm.

Though she’s no longer actively coaching, Natalie’s impact continues through her archived videos and shared wisdom. Now joyfully living in Hawaii with her husband, she spends her days exploring the islands, reconnecting with joy, and deepening her spiritual work—particularly in her connection with the teachings of Mary Magdalene.
