There Isn’t One Right Way to Heal
Rebuilding Self-Worth, Trust and Hope

What changes when you stop trying to earn your worth?
Diana Colleen is a Canadian, Seattle-based psychedelic facilitator and writer whose work blends consciousness, healing, and social change. After profound transformation through psychedelic-assisted therapy, she developed a deep commitment to storytelling as a tool for challenging entrenched systems of power. Her work explores what humanity could become if empathy, contribution, and accountability replaced ego and competition. Through fiction, she examines the climate crisis, billionaire accountability, and the inner work required for meaningful change.

Before
Diana grew up feeling unseen and became an overachiever who looked to accomplishment for recognition. Work and fierce independence offered stability, but they also reinforced the belief that safety and worth had to be earned.
The change
Years of unprocessed pain surfaced during a difficult period in adulthood. Diana sought structured support and began questioning survival patterns that had once protected her but no longer allowed her to live freely.
What came next
Recovery became an ongoing practice rather than a single breakthrough. Diana learned to receive safe support, developed healthier relationships, wrote her first novel and connected hope with purposeful action in everyday life.
“Hope is the consequence of action.”
